We are currently hiring for an immediate Pest Control Technician position in the greater Milwaukee area. You’ll receive a company vehicle and cellphone to provide high-quality pest control services. If you’re dedicated to customer satisfaction and love working independently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate customer sites to identify pests and problem areas.
• Use integrated pest management techniques to exterminate, control, or exclude pests such as mice, insects, and wasps.
• Apply organic or synthetic pesticides in and around customer properties, following all safety guidelines.
• Record and maintain detailed notes of all services provided using Service Bridge, including photographs, treatment plans, and customer signatures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, answering questions, and suggesting additional services.
• Conduct remediation work to restore customer properties.

Requirements:

• Valid Pesticide Applicator License.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (experience driving a company vehicle is a plus).
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of hours, materials used, and payments collected.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, including marijuana.
