Job Description

Website Developer Remote work

The Website Developer shall meet the following key high-level work products.

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
• Create appropriate webs
• Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
• Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets t
• Create, upload and maintain websites content including imagery, files and text using a Drupal Content Management Framework
• Participate in user interface design as needed
• Post documents and announcements on the website
• Provide expertise and support to end users and other members of the IT support team.
• Edit basic web content using HTML, within a CMS
• Ensure PDF files comply with ADA and WCAG 2.0 conformance standards and modify them when needed
• Build new web pages using provided graphic design, including:
• Buttons
• Text
• Boxes
• Animations (hover, click, accordion, carousel functionality)
• Hyperlinks
• Edit website user flow according to the provided UX design
• Test that functionality works on different browsers and devices
• Upload documents and other necessary media using Drupal
• Collaborate with graphic designer and developer staff

The qualified candidate must possess the following skills and experience: 

• BA.BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in Drupal administration
• 5+ years of experience in the design, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of Web Design. 
• Knowledge or CSS,HTML, and JavaScript
• Familiar with Design Applications (e.g. Figma, Adobde XD, Zeplin)
• Experience building responsive web pages that are visually accurate to provided graphic designs
•  
• Experience using Content Management Systems (Drupal)
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience performing website maintenance
• Posting and modifying web content
• Knowledge of best practices for web creation
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills when interacting with all levels of management, customers, project team and Staff.
• Proficiency in writing Technical Documentation.
• Ability to gather, interpret and evaluate complex information and data. Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and Gmail.
