Department: Packing

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7am - 3:30pm

Pay: $18.50

Temp To Hire

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Summary:

The Warehouse Packer is responsible for the safe, and efficient handling of materials within the warehouse; preparing the picked orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Essential Functions

• Packing, and labeling completed items for shipment.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Clearly mark packaging boxes with identifying information using appropriate methods.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed (trash removal, general cleaning).
• Must be able to read labels and SKU's to ensure proper placement in order.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members.
• Must be able to work in a Team-Drama Free environment!
• During downtime, one must be willing to find additional work that needs to be done.

Physical Requirements

• Must be willing to be on your feet for the entire shift.

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
