Job Description

Position : Virtual Assistant

Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm EST

Salary Range: $800 - $1,500/month

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested

• Utilize and maintain our CRM system (ServiceTitan) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

• Assist in managing and organizing customer accounts, service requests, and project details.

• Facilitate communication within the company and with clients.

• Manage email correspondence

• Assist in invoicing and billing processes as needed

• Provide basic support in QuickBooks, including data entry and reconciliation (if applicable)

• Conduct research and provide relevant information

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant.
• Experience and proficiency with ServiceTitan.
• Experience with Home Service or Contracting Industry would be a huge plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
