ABOUT US

We are an established sales organization specializing in residential solar and roofing sales. We are an independent dealer network which allows us to sell all 5 of the top 5 solar products in the industry (Sunrun, Vivint Solar, Sunnova, Sunpower, and Tesla) as well as roofing services from an established and vetted network of roofers. We offer the lowest redlines in the industry along with the most aggressive commission structure and the highest quality leads!  We have 15 locations throughout the U.S. and we are expanding and that's where you come in! We are looking for experienced leaders in the residential solar sales industry. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor, who enjoys mentoring and training new reps including assisting with closing deals. Experience leading door knocking and other lead generation efforts is a strong plus. 

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking to expand our operation through setting up Sales Leaders with exclusive territories across the country. Our smaller territories are producing 75+ deals per month on average while our top performing territories are producing 300+ deals per month on average. • No income cap on sales
• Reps make $3K-$10K+ per deal depending on the system size ($100K-$400K+ income opportunity - top producing reps this year have earned over $400k
• Leaders earn tiered overrides for total sales performance and other sales incentives. The top earning Sales Leader in our organization has earned over $1M for 3 straight years!
• High-quality mentoring and sales training resources available to help your reps with basic and advanced training (in person and online) so you can spend more time helping them with actual opportunities 
• In addition to the leads we provide, our representatives are taught how to generate leads through multiple methods including but not limited to: direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online selling, community events, social media, and fair / home shows. Most companies only do door to door.
