Job Description:

Full Steam Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Data Entry Clerk at our Pomona, CA office. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting a variety of data into our systems and databases. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our administrative processes during our peak season.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the computer.
• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness by performing data verification routines.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
