Working Conditions

  • Incumbent must exercise good judgement.

  • Incumbent must have general knowledge of research and information gathering techniques and the ability to use  technology (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet and charting software, publication, social media).
  • Position requires direct contact with executive and senior management on a routine basis and travel within California  up to 25% of the time.

  • Exceptional work ethic paired with adept problem-solving, decision-making, and critical  thinking skills. Superior written and oral communication is a must.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with various management levels and diverse customer  bases, always maintaining professionalism.
  • Initiative to work autonomously and thrive in a team setting, demonstrating tact and sound  judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • A valid driver's license, as state vehicle usage is integral for travel.

SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE

2. Describe a situation where you had to work autonomously while managing multiple activities. How did you prioritize your tasks, and what strategies did you use to ensure success?

3. Describe a program or a process you built from the ground up. Share the key steps involved in its creation, the challenges you encountered, how you overcame them, and the impact or outcomes it delivered.
