2. Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. If you are meeting Minimum Qualifications with education, you must include your unofficial transcripts/diploma for verification. Official transcripts may be required upon appointment. If it is determined a candidate does not meet the Minimum Qualifications, the candidate will be withheld from the eligibility list, rendering them inactive and ineligible to be hired for the position. Candidates who have been withheld may file an appeal with the State Personnel Board.

The screening committee will compare each applicant's qualifications for the position against specific job-related evaluation criteria developed from the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the job classification. Based on the competitiveness of the applications received, only the most qualified candidates will be scheduled for an interview in order to make a selection.

*Your Statement of Qualifications must be typewritten using Century Gothic 11-point font with 1” margins.
1. Describe how your educational background, training, and/or professional experience have prepared you for a role as a recruiter.
2. Describe a situation where you had to work autonomously while managing multiple activities. How did you prioritize your tasks, and what strategies did you use to ensure success?
3. Describe a program or a process you built from the ground up. Share the key steps involved in its creation, the challenges you encountered, how you overcame them, and the impact or outcomes it delivered.
