Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Transaction Coordinator to manage our contract-to-close process with precision and confidence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
This is not a remote or hybrid role. You will work on-site at our Milwaukee office and be a central, valued part of the day-to-day team operations.
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: $47,000–$56,000 base salary annually (commensurate with experience) + performance-based bonuses
Benefits: 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer match
• Eligibility begins after 1 year of employment
• Fully vested after 2 years

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full contract-to-close process for real estate transactions
• Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and inspectors to keep timelines on track
• Ensure all transaction paperwork is compliant, organized, and submitted on time
• Update systems and keep databases accurate and up to date
• Proactively communicate with clients and co-op agents to create a 5-star experience
• Support the team with occasional listing input, offer writing, and admin tasks
• Take full ownership of deadlines, checklist completion, and post-closing follow-ups
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate (or mortgage/title)
• Strong knowledge of real estate timelines, contracts, and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Command experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a high-expectation, team-oriented culture
