Role Overview :
The Real Estate Inspection Coordinator contributes to fulfilling the IHCDA mission and meeting strategic and annual IHCDA operational and program goals by facilitating the closeout of physical inspections of new construction and rehabilitation of both single family and multifamily units that are funded with programs including, but not limited to, HOME Investment Partnership Program (“HOME”), Indiana Affordable Housing and Community Development Fund (“Development Fund"), National Housing Trust Fund (“HTF”) and Rental Housing Tax Credits (“RHTC”).
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

Support and actively work with the Real Estate Inspector to ensure inspections are completed and closed out in a timely manner for initial project closeout and ongoing rental compliance throughout the affordability/compliance period.

Education & Experience:
This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
