The work, and what you'll do:
As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed project schedules. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to ensure schedules align with the overall program goals. Using tools like MS Project, you'll create and update schedules, analyze critical paths, and assess the impact of changes or delays. Your role will also involve providing strategic guidance to program managers, ensuring schedule compliance, and coordinating milestones and interdependencies among projects. Essentially, you'll serve as the central hub for project scheduling, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and monitored effectively to meet program objectives.
What you'll need:
-12 years of experience working with Federal Government programs and contracts.
- BS in engineering, math, science, information technology, or business (or 2 years of additional experience). MS may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a schedule for an engineering program using MS Project.
- Completion of an advanced MS Project course and demonstrated experience with MS Project.
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
