Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician - New Jersey
Compensation: $280,000 - $300,000 per year
Location: Multiple Locations, No Weekends, No nights
Overview: Nexus HR is looking for a highly motivated Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for a leading orthopedic practice with four active locations in Englewood, Bloomfield, Union City, and Kearny in New Jersey.
Perform the following:
Pain management and rehabilitation
Epidurals
(RFA) Radiofrequency Ablation
Spinal Stimulators
Electromyography
and other procedures
About the Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician that requires traveling to all 4 locations regularly to meet the needs of our patients
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, spinal injuries, and other rehabilitation needs
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and perform procedures as needed
Conduct thorough preoperative and postoperative assessments of patients.
Review patient medical histories and perform physical examinations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
Provide patient education on treatment options, potential risks, and post-operative care
Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure the best outcomes
Stay current with advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation medicine
Perform pain management and rehabilitation
Perform Interventional spines such as epidurals, (RFA) Radiofrequency Ablation and Spinal Stimulators
Perform (EMG) Electromyography
Qualifications :
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Valid medical license in the state of New Jersey
Qualified to perform Interventional spine procedures,
Expertise in Spine and Pain Management
Experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a multi-disciplinary orthopedic practice is a plus
Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development
Able to work in multiple locations
