The Position :
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a
Business Process Analyst to support one of our local clients in St Louis, MO.
This is a contract role that will have a start date of November 2024. Responsibilities: Responsible for performing industry standard continuous improvement and business process re-engineering, or equivalent discipline providing the Product Owner with:
- Business Operation Nodal Assessment and Business Process Improvement Engineering capabilities to Calculate resource requirements for each step of the Business Process including time required to complete each step for a given number of FTE with specified training
- Business Process Improvement/Engineering to formally evaluated the business process to determine points in which risks exist that can be mitigated with internal controls, inefficiencies exist, etc., and design those process improvements consistent with Pega capabilities and development standards
- Establish and lead the IPT’s Agile Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to the delivery methodology
- Coordinate with the Product Owner regarding questions from the MCBOOT related to user stories or other requirements
- Coordinating with the Marine Corps enterprise resources of any issues that are affecting the performance of the MCBOOT or blocked user stories/requirements.
Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline required.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience, including prior experience with risk management and internal controls and experience in either performing operations within the functional domain or supporting the functional domain on similar projects.
- Personnel performing this function must be a U.S. citizen.
Certs Required: - ScrumMaster, Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA).
Certs Preferred: - Preferred Certification: SAFe Certification (SPC, SA, or RTE)
