Friday's Child Early Education Center in Wernersville, PENNSYLVANIA is looking for one after school teacher to join our team. We are located in Wernersville. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Job Description :

• Facilitate a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children in the childcare setting.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Foster positive relationships with children and create a supportive classroom community.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

SHIFT IS 12:00PM-6:00PM, non-negotiable
