Full Time Long-Term Family Assistant 

Seeking a reliable and experienced Family Assistant for a long-term position with a family in Bloomfield, MI. The role's primary responsibility is driving. The position also includes light household duties, mainly folding clothes and other small tasks. The ideal candidate will help with two children (ages 12 and 13), while the 17-year-old is independent and does not require assistance. Mom Home school's Children. Must be reliable & responsible.

Start Date: September 9th

Location: Wolverine Lake, MI & Bloom Field MI  ( Some driving back & Forth )

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving the family car for school runs, errands, and other appointments.
• Assisting the mother with light household duties, including folding clothes.
• Providing support and supervision for two children, ages 12 and 13.
• Splitting work hours between two homes, one of which is closer to the children’s school.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with childcare, particularly for older children.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong swimmer (as the position is near a lake).
• Non-smoker.
• Ability to work independently and with discretion.

Schedule:

• Monday : 3:00 to 9:00
• Tuesday: 6:00 to Noon
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM to 12PM
• Thursday-6AM to Noon

Compensation: $25-30 per hour

Guaranteed 30 Hours per week.

-Benefits 2 Weeks Vacation/ 2-5 Sick/Personal days

Additional Information:

• The position requires working at two locations: one in Bloomfield and one in Wolverine Lake, MI.
• The family has three friendly dogs: an Aussie doodle, a Lab, and another breed.
