Parking Garage Attendant - Part Time
Hourly Rate:  $16.16

 

The purpose of this part time position is to perform essential tasks that will serve to control the entry and departure of vehicles to and from the City’s parking garage.  Work includes performing minor repairs and maintenance to automated parking garage devices; interacting with the general public, providing assistance and information as necessary. Daily cleaning of garage decks, special cleaning projects, & security walks. Must be able to sit or stand for extended amount of time. 

Successful candidate will be punctual, reliable and computer literate; good customer service skills; be able to lift items weighing twenty (20) pounds or less occasionally; be able to read, write and converse in the English language in order to prepare and/or complete necessary forms, reports, etc. 

Essential personnel for snow removal. As the garage is open seven days per week, scheduling for the successful applicant will be flexible, but generally will not exceed 28 hours per week.  Individual must be available to be scheduled for work on weekends and/or holidays.  Criminal background check required.
