We are seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgical Physician Assistant to work in a group practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Orthopedic|Spine Surgical Physician Assistant will be working with a well-respected Ortho|Spine surgeon that enjoys working in a collaborative role with Providers. The Providers role will be assisting in the operating room 2 days per week (Spine Surgery) and in the clinic 3 days per week. Cases typically start at 6:30am and end at 4:30pm. The clinic hours are 8am-5pm. There are no weekend or on call requirements. The Provider would see patients presenting with back pain, cervical and lumbar disc disease, herniated discs, fractures of the spine, scoliosis, stenosis, tumors of the spine, spondylolisthesis and other injuries or diseases related to the spine. This position is physically demanding with the OR responsibilities involved. Competitive compensation package including base salary of $120,000-$140,000 (Depending Upon Experience) with incentives and the ability to convert to a purely production based model. Comprehensive benefits package including; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, 4 weeks PTO, CME and CME Allowance of $2,500 and all dues, licensure and fees covered. Malpractice provided at $1,000,000|$3,000,000 including tail coverage.
Requirements Needed to Apply:
Oklahoma licensed & Board Certified Physician Assistant
Experience or interest in Orthopedic Surgery (Preferably Spine Surgery)
Compensation Package:
$120,000+ Base Salary with incentives (Depending Upon Experience)
