I. Job Title: Office Administrator

II. What is the opportunity?

Are you an Administrative Professional seeking an opportunity that is more rewarding? We are seeking an Office Administrator to join the local team of a highly successful national plumbing supplies distributor servicing the Sioux Falls region.

III. How will you spend your time?

• Perform timely and accurate customer invoicing.
• Perform timely and accurate vendor invoice review and payment approval.
• Reconcile daily cash sale transaction payments and cash funds, petty cash transactions, and complete all related reporting.
• Create and maintain customer files.
• Perform timely and accurate assigned administrative duties, including filing, managing incoming phone calls, etc.

• Work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
• Meaningful experience in customer service, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Knowledge of basic accounts receivable and payable accounting practices
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Full physical ability to perform office job duties.

• Work schedule 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Starting Compensation: $18 to $21 hr., plus annual profit sharing and benefits.
