Lovely family looking for full-time live out Nanny. They have had their NCS for the past five months and are now looking for a September start for a Nanny. Ideally, they are looking for someone local to the Virginia or DC area or someone with family or ties to the area because this will be a live out position. They do spend three months in the winter in Wellington, Florida, and will provide live accommodations for the Nanny. This is a full-time position on average. The Nanny will work 30 hours per week Monday through Friday while in Virginia, but when traveling to Florida and abroad, it will be a 40 to 50 hour work week and can include weekend work. They are looking for a Nanny with a minimum of five years experience, caring for babies, someone who’s experienced traveling with a family, someone with a calm demeanor, who is playful, active, engaging and understands the different child development stages. They do have cats and dogs in the home, so must be pet friendly, Covid vaccinated, and up-to-date with all flu vaccines. The nanny must drive and have a car and also know how to swim.The ideal Nanny will be great with working with hands on parents, respectful of parents wishes, happy, joyful and a playful personality is very important to the family. They are offering 100 to 130,000 per year with PTO holidays and health benefits. They are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position with the family.
