Opening: Medical Biller/Manager

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $28+ DOE

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a well-established pediatric clinic that is dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and their families. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller/Office Manager to join their office. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, both financially and administratively.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and oversee all billing processes, including claims submission, payment posting, and collections.
• Ensure accurate coding and compliance with insurance requirements.
• Handle patient billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and maintaining patient records.
• Coordinate with provider to ensure timely and accurate billing information.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Medical Biller and Office Manager in a healthcare setting, preferably in pediatrics.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and billing software.
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Medical billing certification preferred but not required.
