Key Responsibilities:
Client Hours: Part-time positions require 13+ client hours per week, while full-time positions require 22+ client hours.
Therapeutic Methods: Utilize our established therapeutic methods and modalities, including RDI, DBT, CBT, and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions.
Session Formats: Conduct in-office sessions (if hired for in-person roles) alongside virtual sessions.
Independent Work: Enjoy the autonomy to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
Administrative Support: Receive paid time for administrative tasks and meetings.
Skills and Experience:
Must be registered or on the path to registration with the BBS as a pre-licensed or licensed therapist.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may receive a bilingual pay bonus.
Schedule:
Flexible options available, including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts.
Choose your own hours, with availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
Commute/Relocation:
Candidates should reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Salinas, CA 93901 before starting work.
