We're seeking a skilled Machine Learning Consultant to join a dynamic team on a project basis. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative machine learning models to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Custom Model Development: Design and build machine learning models tailored to tackle specific challenges and optimize processes within the healthcare industry.
Data Analysis: Dive deep into data to uncover valuable insights and patterns that will help refine and train models.
Algorithm Optimization: Enhance existing algorithms and explore new techniques to boost model performance and accuracy.
Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with the client's technical and business teams to identify opportunities where machine learning can add value.
Performance Evaluation: Assess model performance, conduct A/B testing, and offer recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Documentation and Training: Document your development process, conduct training sessions, and ensure that knowledge is effectively transferred to the client's team.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, ideally in the healthcare sector or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar area.
Skills:
Expertise in machine learning techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java for developing and deploying models.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization tools.
