We’re currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client's team in the vibrant community of Long Beach, California 90712.

In this role, you’ll report to the Chief Medical Officer, where you’ll utilize your strategic acumen, judgment, and evidence-based analysis to shape decisions and meet our clients' needs. Compensation:

• Annual salary ranges from $43,000 to $56,000.

Qualifications:

• Active LVN/LPN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LVN.
• Willingness to travel to family homes for conducting physical exams.

Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing trusting relationships with family members, offering essential support and encouragement.
• Conducting physical exams in family homes under the supervision of remote clinicians.
• Providing ongoing follow-up, utilizing basic motivational interviewing techniques, and setting goals with family members, caregivers, and families.
