Join The Seattle Real Estate Team as a Listing Agent and play a key role in one of Washington's most dynamic real estate markets. Based in Kirkland, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. As a Listing Agent, you will have the opportunity to thrive in property marketing, client relations, and negotiation. Your duties will involve working closely with sellers to list and market their properties, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction process. Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Agent Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Showcase knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services
• Negotiate offers for sellers
• Record activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology

• With over three years of experience in real estate sales, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
• Your communication skills, both written and spoken, are strong, allowing you to convey information clearly and effectively.
• You are dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, always seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
• You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
