Licensed Residential Construction Superintendent/Site SUpervisor

A leading Residential Construction company is seeking a Licensed Superintendent/Site Supervisor to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading Residential Contractor with projects of $5M and greater.

If you are a Superintendent who can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget and that surpass client expectations, let's talk.

Superintendent Qualifications:

· Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets

· Experience with project of $5M+

· Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

· Industry consistent work history

· 3-5+ years' experience as a Superintendent, OR 5+ years as Roofing Project Manager
