Full time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our dynamic outpatient clinic. As an LPCC, you will conduct assessments, create and implement treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions. Your role will be vital in empowering clients to overcome mental health obstacles and achieve their personal goals.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Engages in crisis intervention and counseling for patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
• Consults with families and support systems to coordinate treatment and discharge planning for clients.
• Communicates progress, needs, concerns, and issues related to patients with physicians.
• Keeps accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes in compliance with departmental standards.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team in formulating treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and standard social work interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
• Active North Dakota state licensure as LPCC.
• You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.
• Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office;
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
