Job Title: Landscape Manager
Department: Encore Management
Location: Various Sites
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Overview: Encore Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Manager to oversee and maintain the landscaping and grounds of various builder lots and properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscaping, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently. This role involves traveling to different locations, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and meet Encore Management's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscaping Management: Perform general landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding to ensure properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to inspect the condition of grounds and landscaping, identify maintenance needs, and address any issues promptly.
• Builder Lot Maintenance: Specifically focus on the upkeep and enhancement of builder lots, ensuring they are clean, attractive, and ready for showings or handovers.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other team members and management to schedule and prioritize landscaping tasks, report on site conditions, and provide feedback on improvements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, report any significant issues or repair needs, and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, demonstrating a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and best practices.
• Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with team members and report to management.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.

Additional Information:

• A company truck will be provided for travel between various sites.
• The role requires regular travel to different locations managed by Encore Management.
