Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration, while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help manage employee benefits administration and answer employee inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Collaborate in cross functional teams
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and report generation

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous internship or related experience in HR is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
