What We're Looking For:
✅ 7+ years of progressive HR experience with business partner focus
✅ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis
✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
✅ Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
