Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in our database
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and job market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to identify and attract top talent
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for job fairs and networking events
