Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong photo  editing capabilities to join our creative team. In this role, you will work on-site at our Cedar Park office, collaborating with clients and team members to create compelling visual content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and effective visual designs for print and digital media
  • Edit and enhance photographs for use in marketing materials, advertisements, and client projects
  • Produce, edit, and finalize video content for social media, website, and client deliverables
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all design projects
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility for print projects
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements and present concepts
  • Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across various media
  • Experience with print production and file preparation for commercial printing
  • Excellent visual composition and color theory understanding
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
