Your Responsibilities

As a Go-to-Market Manager, Bundled Technology for Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, IA,  you will...

  • Integrating into region marketing teams to ensure bundled offering stories are included in the context of the entire solution for a given production system.
  • Developing tactical marketing plans that drive utilization of technology using the bundled technology offerings.
  • Collaborating with product teams to have a presence at divisional/regional/national events, demos or conferences where customers are present.
  • Developing and executing pilots to test new ideas in bundled offerings within the North American market.

What Skills You Need

  • Marketing knowledge in core communication tools to get a story out to potential customers.
  • Knowledge of systems and tools used to enable commerce with dealers and customers.
  • Understanding of basic market concepts, such as product positioning, customer segmentation, value proposition creation, and value communication.
  • Product marketing, ECAP, product management, project management, or similar experience.
  • Excellent verbal and writer communication with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze, define, and lead discussions to determine the business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Action oriented to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Advanced level ability to envision and document the future state of process and products by identifying the solution scope, potential value, and organizational dependencies.
  • Knowledge of precision farming technologies, products, and solutions, along with sales and support strategies.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Knowledge of go to market strategies including licensing advanced software for precision technologies.
  • Knowledge/experience with StellarSupport™ or ‘as a service systems’ that support subscription models.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Creative experiences that challenge the status quo and generate out of the box ideas to strengthen the likelihood of consideration.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • University Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Sciences or Agri Business, Marketing discipline
  • MBA is a plus but not required.
