Key Responsibilities:

As an Airline Support Agent, you`ll:

• Assist customers through phone, social media, chat, and email .
• Resolve customer inquiries related to airline services.
• Deliver excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills .
• A can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy (ECDL certification is a plus).
• Previous experience in customer care roles is essential.
• Flexibility to work on rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday).

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:30
• 40 hours per week (full-time)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Training Period : 5.50EUR/hour for the first month.
• Post-training : 7.48 eur/hour, increasing to 8.21eur/hour with performance.
• German Language Allowance : 3,000 eur annually, paid monthly.
• Performance Bonus : Up to 2,500eur/year (eligible after 6 months).
