Job Description:

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the paintline equipment to ensure high-quality finishes on all products. Your duties will include preparing materials for painting, setting up and adjusting machinery, and monitoring the painting process to ensure efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paintline machinery to apply paint to metal products, ensuring even and high-quality finishes.
• Set up, load, and unload products on the paintline according to production schedules.
• Monitor the paintline process to maintain proper temperature, viscosity, and paint thickness.
• Inspect products before and after the painting process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on paintline equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document production activities and report any defects or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals and maintain efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operating paintline or coating equipment preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
