Role Overview:

As a Social Media Content Moderator youll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our online platform. Youll review and ess usergenerated content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines. Your primary focus will be on Italianlanguage content so fluency in Italian is a must. If youre someone who enjoys problemsolving has strong communication ss and is excited about relocating to Portugal this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Monitor and evaluate usergenerated content including text images and videos to ensure compliance with our policies and guidelines.
• Moderation: Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content swiftly and accurately.
• Reporting: Doent and report any trends issues or feedback to help improve our moderation processes and community standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to provide insights and contribute to the development of moderation strategies.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Apply your understanding of Italian culture to make informed moderation decisions and ensure culturally relevant content management.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian: Excellent written and verbal communication ss in Italian are essential.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English to interact with international colleagues and for doentation purposes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ytical ss with the ability to evaluate content effectively.
• ProblemSolving Ss: Ability to handle complex situations and make quick decisions.
• Previous Experience: While previous experience in social content moderation is beneficial it is not a requirement. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
