Human Resource Dimensions is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding client needs and job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their organizational culture, job requirements, and business objectives.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Revenue Generation:
- Achieve a personal revenue target of $150,000 - $300,000 annually by successfully placing candidates in client organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize terms of employment with candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue through additional placements and services.
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with recruitment services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss ongoing needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on search progress.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering high-quality candidates and excellent service.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through placement and onboarding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and keep them informed of their status throughout the recruitment process.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, offer negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
- Use market knowledge to advise clients on talent availability, salary expectations, and recruitment strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including placement success rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to the Recruitment Manager on progress toward revenue targets and client activity.
- Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement best practices.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
This position reports to the Executive Search Supervisor

- Financial.

- Customer Satisfaction/Loyalty/Service.
- Time to Fill – Executive Search.
- Placement Retention Ratio.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in executive recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and achieve financial targets, with a track record of managing a personal revenue target of $150,000 or more.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
