Staybridge Suites Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to uphold hotel standards
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and schedules
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
• Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Quore, Opera and IHG knowledge a plus
• Bi-lingual a plus
