Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in event marketing, helping plan and execute successful promotional events while driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events that align with our brand’s objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies that effectively engage target audiences.
  • Help create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and social media content to boost event visibility.
  • Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Track event performance and assist in collecting feedback to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and event partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring that all marketing efforts are carried out as planned.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Passion for event marketing and creating engaging experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
