Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning and execution of various events, from the initial concept to the final wrap-up. You'll work closely with our event managers and clients to ensure that every detail is meticulously attended to and each event is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including site selection, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain event schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to finalize event details and arrangements.
  • Manage event registration and attendee communications, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Assist in tracking event budgets and handling expense reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on event schedules.
  • Prior experience in event coordination or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
