Because of our successes and the expansion of our customer outreach, we are actively seeking new Entry Level Account Managers to join our dynamic team!

As an Entry Level Account Manager with Abyl Acquisition Group, you will play a key role in supporting our client’s needs as well as providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. You will receive personalized training and mentorship from our Senior Account Managers as you learn and grow into your career at Abyl Acquisition Group and beyond!

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the company, addressing all inquiries and concerns with high quality customer service 
• Qualify prospective customers by following up on warm leads, nurturing relationships, and responding to questions in a prompt and professional manner
• Assist in closing sales, opening accounts for new customers, placing orders, requesting deliveries, and scheduling appointments and installations
• Provide ongoing customer service for existing accounts and maintain lasting relationships by troubleshooting all customer issues regarding billing, service issues, and plan pricing
• Identify sales opportunities for company growth by upselling additional products and services with the guidance of Senior Account Managers

What We’re Looking For in Our Next Entry Level Account Manager:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience in sales, account management, and/or customer service is a plus
• Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Personable, able to communicate effectively with various groups of people
• A team player able to collaborate with junior as well as senior staff
• Detail oriented and well organized, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
