Do you have 2 - 4 years of EDI experience and have done EDI mapping for "sales" transactions such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Shipping Notices? Does your experience include working with business users to understand and document requirements for EDI sales transactions? Live in the Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell area of Atlanta and looking for a great, full time position where you can learn and grow with the company?

We are hiring a EDI Systems Analyst, who will partner with leaders and business users in our Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Service departments of our Alpharetta based company. You will be working with our EDI partner in troubleshooting issues related to invoices, purchase orders and other transactions and working with our ERP and Salesforce systems as well. If you have experience with an ERP solution like SAP or something similar, that would be ideal. Experience with Salesforce would also be a plus. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience and our salary range is $80,000 to $85,000 plus benefits.

In this role, you will provide a balance of operational support for our EDI systems which includes our ERP solution, as well as assist with our Salesforce.com implementation. You will work with our sales team users to gather requirements, prioritize work effort and manage projects focused on marketing, lead generation, sales force automation, and quote-to-order processes. In this role, you will perform IT support operations including troubleshooting system issues, analyzing, designing and implementing system changes. Again, the main applications and systems you will be working with are EDI mapping, ERP (we use JD Edwards), and Salesforce.com.

This role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Using your business analysis skills to work with our sales teams to gather and document requirements.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting EDI transaction processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshooting and resolving EDI transaction issues related to invoices, purchase orders, purchase order acknowledgements, and advanced shipping notices.
• Working with our ERP system and our Salesforce application in supporting all EDI transactions in mapping, testing and integration testing with EDI partners.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of EDI-related enhancements and improvements.

To be considered qualified for this Systems Analyst role, you must have knowledge and experience of the following:

• 2-4 years of experience in EDI mapping. particularly related to sales transactions in a manufacturing and distribution environment. Purchase orders(PO'S), Purchase order acknowledgements, Advanced shipping notices(ASN'S) and Invoices.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or Salesforce.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
