We are currently seeking a DocuSign Technical Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role- DocuSign Technical Analyst .

Location - India - Hybrid

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic signature processes, document management, and experience with DocuSign implementation for financial services clients.

• Work as part of DocuSign implementation team.
• Manage and maintain DocuSign accounts as an Administrator. Demonstrate good understanding of DocuSign tool from technical point of view.
• Possess good knowledge of DocuSign APIs with fair understanding of how microservices work. Ability to assist technical team in configuring the microservices.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand the business process and gather business requirements. Demonstrate good understanding of business requirements, goals and objectives.
• Create, configure and deliver DocuSign templates to the business teams. Ensure the timely delivery of the solution.
• Organise and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing.
• Design and configure DocuSign reports as per the business needs.
• Assist the business teams with the adoption of the solution. Provide training and demo where necessary.
• Handle and resolve DocuSign-related issues. Manage Change Requests as and when received.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
