Our Award Winning Client , a prominent leader in healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Director - Biomedical Engineering to oversee the implementation of their corporate Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is critical in ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care and safety during their time at our facilities. Our Award Winning Client has garnered multiple awards and operates nationally, providing a supportive environment for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the HTM program, focusing on short- and long-term goals.
• Conduct technology assessments and planning, ensuring effective medical device integration and operations.
• Perform risk analysis and manage vendor and contract relationships while fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities.
• Develop customized service delivery plans for assigned facilities and motivate the HTM team to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with UHS HTM and corporate goals, while fostering strong relationships with facilities and vendors.
• Meet and exceed regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management.
• Develop and execute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Required Skills and Certifications:

• Experience with healthcare technology management programs, including leadership in medical equipment.
• Knowledge of medical equipment manufacturers, models, modalities, and capital planning.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State, Local).

Qualifications:

• 5+ to 7 years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum Education: Certification.
• Management experience is essential.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
