Job Title: Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales

They're actively seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer with sales acumen to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to create functional and stylish kitchen and bath designs tailored to individual needs.
Use Autodesk Revit and other design software to develop detailed 2D and 3D renderings.
Select materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with design intent and client budget.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
Present design concepts to clients and guide them through the sales and decision-making process.
Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to manage design execution from concept through installation.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other design/rendering tools.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Solid understanding of building codes and design documentation.
Prior experience in kitchen and bath design is required.
Sales experience is a plus.
