Position: Resale Store Associate

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding items, and answer questions about products and store policies.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, and manage credit/debit card transactions.
• Stocking and Merchandising: Organize and restock shelves, ensure items are displayed attractively, and assist in setting up new displays.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, ensure products are properly tagged and priced, and report any discrepancies.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including tidying up the sales floor and handling any customer requests or issues.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and basic math abilities.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items as needed, and stand for extended periods.
