We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! At our rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Las Vegas, NV, we specialize in designing and manufacturing quality food packaging and promotional products. Position Overview:
This position starts with mandatory in-office training for 4-6 weeks at our Las Vegas manufacturing facility. Following training, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from home.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Enter various data and customer orders into the company's ERP system
Communicate with customers regarding production orders
Update and maintain accurate data in systems
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
Report any data-related issues to the supervisor
Qualifications:

Excellent computer skills are essential
Proficient typing skills required
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
