DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position focuses on responsible supervisory and professional accounting work in the maintenance of the housing authority's fiscal records. You will direct and coordinate the preparation of documentation, financial statements and reports to control the housing authority's funds. The Comptroller supervises accounting and clerical personnel involved in receiving, recording, and reporting accounting data including General Ledgers and Balance Sheets and prepares analytical accounting reports and budgetary projections for the Executive Director and program personnel.
Work Schedule and Additional Information: - Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: - Four years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience including one year of supervisory experience and a bachelor's degree including or supplemented by fifteen college credits in accounting; or
- Any equivalent combination of accounting experience and training.
