Responsibilities

• Moving furniture and appliances; wiping down furnace vents, baseboards, cupboards, and other areas; washing windows; Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and all other living areas which may include bodily waste and other hazardous material; removing garbage. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
