CAD Drafter

New Holland, PA 

• Utilize drafting skills to create and update technical drawings in a professional setting 
• Train and support team members using our proprietary Revit-based drafting software 
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and revise technical manuals 
• Assist in developing models and samples to support sales initiatives 
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and independent study 
• Contribute to special projects as needed, supporting various departments 
• Ensure high-quality drafting assistance across the organization

We seek a skilled CAD Drafter to provide drafting support in creating and revising CAD drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit and possess a foundational knowledge of construction practices.

Our Ideal CAD Drafter:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction practices is essential. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit is required, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in more than one of these platforms. Basic drafting skills are essential. 
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. 
• Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse personalities. 
• Driven : Strong initiative and the ability to work independently while completing tasks efficiently. 
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality work, and respond to correspondence promptly and professionally.

• $55k-$65k/year – DOE
