Holiday Market - Immediate Hiring at Bread House

As a Bread House Staff Member, you will play a key role in assisting with the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of fresh, high-quality bread and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring each item meets the highest quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace at all times, adhering to food safety and cleanliness protocols.

• Ensure consistency in the appearance, taste, and texture of all baked goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking ingredients as needed.

• Follow recipes and baking techniques precisely to deliver consistent results.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure a smooth workflow.

Job Requirements:

• A strong passion for baking and creating delicious breads and pastries.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Weekends and holidays are mandatory as they are Holiday Market's busiest times.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications and discussed during the interview.
