Position Overview:

As a Remote Bilingual Special Education Teacher, you'll play a vital role in supporting the academic and emotional growth of our diverse students. You will work virtually, collaborating with educators, parents, and students to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Your expertise in special education and bilingualism will be key in assessing students' needs, providing personalized instruction, and promoting their overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver remote instruction and support to students with special needs who require bilingual services.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and specialized instruction.
Provide virtual support and accommodations to help students overcome learning challenges.
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to effective intervention strategies.
Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to support their child's educational journey.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in bilingual special education.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education with a bilingual endorsement or certification.
Minnesota Special Education teaching licensure or the ability to obtain it.
Strong virtual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students with diverse needs succeed.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote teaching environment.
